SEACEN Holds Training on HR Technology Integration
As part of the SEACEN forum for Southeast Asian central banks, a training workshop on “Integrating Technology in Human Resource Functions: Workforce Planning and Skills Management Decisions” was conducted for HR professionals from member central banks.
Technology provides HR teams with tools to improve decision-making, streamline processes, and support employees throughout the entire cycle, from recruitment to skills development and retention. With the use of modern digital solutions, HR professionals can better anticipate workforce needs, manage talent pipelines, and develop capabilities aligned with their institutions’ long-term objectives.
The training offered participants practical frameworks, methodologies, and insights to lead transformation and build a sustainable, future-ready workforce across regional central banks.
In addition, the program aimed to support central bank professionals in addressing the specific challenges and opportunities of aligning HR strategies with institutional missions.
